Common Recruiter job duties include:
- Developing recruitment strategies to find and choose qualified job applicants
- Verifying the stated skills of job candidates
- Negotiating compensation and other terms with candidates and clients
- Managing pre-engagement steps
- Managing Aerotek's relationship with contractors on assignment
- Staying aware of and investigating contractor problems
- Partnering with Business Development Managers to identify new accounts, target
skills, account potential and other business opportunities
- Communicating with recruiters and management by sharing 'best practices' and documenting
transactions in various business systems
- Performing various office duties as required.
Qualified Recruiter candidates will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or related experience in sales or recruiting
- Be able to work before or after normal office hours as required
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
- Aspire to learn and move ahead in a rapid-paced sales culture, and use sound, independent judgment to accomplish
work goals and requirements
- Be currently authorised to work in the Netherlands
